Transportation Changes

All transportation changes must be submitted in writing by the parent or guardian. Transportation changes must be submitted by 12:30 pm daily in order for the school to honor the change request. 

Parents and guardians are encouraged to send a physical note to the teacher, or you may use the form below to submit your change. Please ensure the person you send to pick up your child is on his or her blue card if you are not coming personally to pick him or her up. No students will be released to an adult without checking identification and comparing against PowerSchool and/or the child's blue card.
